Using EmoteTube

By accessing EmoteTube, you agree to these terms and applicable laws. EmoteTube is a public emote gallery and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. You are responsible for following the terms and rules of any third-party platform where you use an emote.

Content and uploads

Emotes shown on the site are publicly accessible. The upload endpoint is currently disabled in production. If EmoteTube enables uploads, you may submit only content that you own or are authorized to use, and you must not submit content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, is deceptive, or contains malware.

If you submit content through an upload feature when one is available, you grant EmoteTube a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, resize, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and provide the service. You retain your rights in your content. You are responsible for the content you submit.

EmoteTube may remove or restrict content or access to the service when reasonably necessary to operate the site, address abuse, comply with law, or protect users and the service.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to EmoteTube or its providers; bypass rate limits; or use the service to violate another person's rights or applicable law. Automated access must not interfere with normal service operation.

Third-party services

EmoteTube may link to or rely on services operated by others, including YouTube, Vercel, Supabase, and Cloudflare. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. EmoteTube does not control and is not responsible for third-party services or content.

Availability and disclaimers

EmoteTube is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The site may change, become unavailable, or remove content at any time. To the extent permitted by law, EmoteTube makes no warranties about availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

DMCA and copyright complaints

EmoteTube respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the site or made available through the service infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with a clear description of the alleged infringement, the location of the material, your contact information, and a statement that the complaint is made in good faith.

EmoteTube may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content while reviewing a complaint. We may also suspend or restrict access for repeat infringers or users who repeatedly violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where EmoteTube is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
